How fast can I get my labels or stickers?

Our standard production time is 3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping may take an additional 1 to 2 days. If you have a specific timeline in mind, feel free to reach out — we’ll let you know what’s possible based on your order and schedule.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 50 countries. Customs duties may apply depending on the destination.

Can I pick up my order in person?

We don’t offer local pickup at the moment. All orders are shipped directly to your address for convenience.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within Thailand for all custom labels and sticker orders. Please note that custom sample pack orders do not include free shipping and may incur a small delivery fee.

How do I track my shipment?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately with your order number and we’ll resolve it—either by reprinting or refunding.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We’ll notify you and work with the courier to resolve delays quickly. Expedited production may be offered.
