What to know before you order smart labels.
Two files. The first is your label design, with the spot for the code marked. The second is your code list, an Excel or CSV file with one code per row, in the order you want them printed. The number of codes should match the number of labels you order, and if it doesn’t, we’ll ask before printing.

No. We can generate barcodes and QR codes for you. Send a list of the numbers, links or text each code should hold, and we’ll make the codes from it. If you already have finished code images, you can send those instead.
The data inside each code comes from you. We don’t host your links or run a tracking or verification system, so those stay with you.
Labels where every piece is different cost more than labels that repeat one design, so the price on this page is a starting price, not your final price. Size matters most. A QR code or barcode that’s too small, or holds too much data, can be hard to scan, so use short links where you can and leave a clear margin around each code. We check every file before printing and send you a proof to approve before the run starts.

Yes, but you don’t need smart labels for that. A menu, a payment QR or a link to your website uses one code on every label, so order it as Custom Die-Cut Stickers, priced per label with every tier shown before you order.

Once your quote is agreed, we make them in 3 business days, counted from when you approve your proof, and shipping takes another 1 to 2 days depending on where you are. Working to a deadline? Tell us when you ask for your quote and we’ll check whether we can make it.

A smart label carries data that changes from one label to the next: a QR code, a barcode, a serial or running number, or a name. The design stays the same on every label and only the code changes, so each item can be scanned, tracked or registered on its own. Use it to check stock, trace a batch, register a warranty or let customers confirm a product is genuine.

Send two files: your label design, and a spreadsheet with one code per label. We place each code where you mark it on the design and print the whole run as one job.
