What to know before you order custom roll labels.
Labels on Roll suit applying the same label every day, by hand or with a label applicator, and orders in the thousands. Singles on Sheet suit smaller runs and labels you apply by hand. You can switch between the two under Product at the top of this page.
Our rolls use a 3-inch (7.6 cm) core, the standard size for roll labels. Labels sit 3 mm apart along the roll, with 3 mm of backing on each side.
We email you a proof before printing. If your applicator needs a particular winding direction, tell us when you approve it. If your machine needs a different spec, ask a Label Pro, our label specialists, on LINE @heyprint before you order.
You order by the label, not by the roll, and the price shows as you choose the size and quantity. Price tiers run from 1,000 to 50,000 labels, and the more you order, the lower the price per label.
There’s no minimum quantity, but the minimum order value is ฿250, and shipping is free. For fewer than 1,000 labels, choose Custom and enter your own quantity. How many you get for ฿250 depends on the size and material. Shape and the number of colours in your design don’t change the price.
Send your own design file. Vector files print sharpest, but a high-resolution image works too. We check every file before printing, and if yours has no cutline, we add one. For special requests, leave a note when you order.
We don’t design artwork from scratch, so you’ll need your own design. No file yet? You can order and pay first, then send it to us on LINE @heyprint.
We make them in 3 business days, counted from when you approve your proof, and shipping takes another 1 to 2 days depending on where you are. Working to a deadline? Message us on LINE @heyprint before you order and we’ll check whether we can make it.
We keep colour as close and as consistent as we can, but we can’t guarantee an exact match. Colour changes with the material, the finish and the light you see it in: the same design looks different on paper and on clear.
