Help with pricing & payment

What affects the cost of my labels or stickers?

Four things, in roughly this order of impact: quantity, size, material and finish. Quantity moves the per-piece price the most — the same design gets cheaper per sticker at every tier as the run grows — and size is next, because it decides how many pieces fit on the sheet.

Shape does not affect price. A complex die-cut outline costs the same as a circle, because the cutting is digital and there is no die to make. Neither does the number of colours in your artwork: full-colour costs the same as one colour.

You can see all of it before ordering. Pick a product and change any option — the whole price ladder updates, so you can find the quantity where the per-piece price stops dropping much.

Are there hidden costs like setup or die charges?

No setup fee, no die charge, no plate charge, no artwork-check fee, and no delivery charge inside Thailand. The price you see in the configurator is the price at checkout.

Traditional label printing charges a die fee per shape because a physical cutting die has to be made. We cut digitally, so a new shape costs nothing and changing your shape between orders costs nothing either.

Do you offer price breaks for larger orders?

Yes, and they apply automatically — there is no code to enter and no threshold to ask about. Raise the quantity in the configurator and the per-piece price steps down through the tiers in front of you.

Because the ladder is visible, you can do the useful thing: find the tier where the per-piece price flattens out and order to it, rather than guessing or asking for a quote.

Why do you show the whole price ladder instead of one price?

Because a single headline price is only true for one configuration. Quote a per-sticker price and it is right at one size, on one material, at one quantity — and wrong for every other combination, which is how buyers end up messaging four printers to find out what anything actually costs.

Every tier is on the product page instead. Change the size and watch the ladder move; you will see what the job costs at the quantity you need, not what it costs at the quantity that makes the number look best.

What payment options are available?

Credit and debit cards, or PromptPay QR, both at checkout. Approved business accounts can be invoiced monthly instead.

Full tax invoices are issued on request, not automatically. Reply to your order confirmation email, or message LINE @heyprint, with your order number and your company name, address and tax ID, and we will issue it — same route if a detail on one you already have needs correcting.

Need a quotation first to raise a purchase order against? Ask a Label Pro with the specification and we will send one.

Do you price match with other printers?

Send us the quote and we will look at it. Two things usually explain a gap: quantity, because a competitor’s headline price often assumes a much larger run than the one you need, and specification, because material, laminate and cut are not always the same on both sides.

If it is genuinely comparable we will try to match it. If it is not, we will tell you what is different rather than quietly matching a cheaper spec.

Can I get a quote before ordering?

You do not need one for a standard job — the configurator is the quote, and it prices every tier live as you change size, material, finish and quantity.

Ask for a written quote when you need a document to raise a purchase order against, when the run is large, or when the job is one of the quoted products: endless pattern labels, smart labels, foil, spot UV, or tamper-evident stock. Send a Label Pro the specification and we will come back with a price.

Do you offer coupon codes or seasonal discounts?

Occasionally, announced through our newsletter and social channels rather than posted on the site. There is no standing code to hunt for.

The reliable saving is the quantity ladder, not a coupon — moving up one tier usually beats any promotion we run.
