What to know before you order write-on labels.
Both papers on this page can be written on. Natural Plain Paper is uncoated woodfree paper, so ballpoint pens, pencils and markers all write well and the ink soaks straight in. Smooth Paper has a semi-gloss finish for a cleaner, more premium look, and can be written on too. Choose either under Material at the top of this page.
For the neatest result, leave a clear blank space in your design for the handwriting instead of writing over printed areas. Tell us in your order note which spaces are for writing, and we’ll look at them when we check your file.
No. They’re paper, so if they get wet the label softens and the writing can smudge. Use them in dry places like boxes, bags, files and shelves, not on anything that goes in the fridge or gets washed.
Waterproof labels are made from film, and most film is too smooth for a pen to write on well. If you need a fully printed label that handles water, see Vinyl, or ask a Label Pro, our label specialists, on LINE @heyprint which material suits the job.

There’s no minimum quantity, but the minimum order value is ฿250, and shipping is free. How many labels you get for ฿250 depends on the size and material. Shape and the number of colours in your design don’t change the price.
Send your own design file. Vector files print sharpest, but a high-resolution image works too. We check every file before printing, and if yours has no cutline, we add one. For special requests, leave a note when you order.
We don’t design artwork from scratch, so you’ll need your own design. No file yet? You can order and pay first, then send it to us on LINE @heyprint.
We make them in 3 business days, counted from when you approve your proof, and shipping takes another 1 to 2 days depending on where you are. Working to a deadline? Message us on LINE @heyprint before you order and we’ll check whether we can make it.

Why print a label you still write on?
Most labels have two parts. Your logo, shop name and headings never change. The production date, expiry date, batch number or customer name changes every time. Print it all and you reorder whenever a date moves on. Use plain blank labels and your brand is gone.
Write-on labels print the part that stays the same in full colour on paper, and leave the rest for your pen. There’s no laminate, on purpose, because laminate seals the paper and ink won’t take.
