Can I get monthly invoicing instead of per-order billing?

Yes, on an approved business account. Instead of paying per order, orders are consolidated onto one monthly invoice with credit terms, so your team can place jobs through the year without a card transaction each time.

Approval is based on trading history and order volume rather than company size, so a small brand ordering regularly is a better fit than a large one ordering once. Talk to a Label Pro about where you sit.

How do I apply for a business account?

Send us your company name, tax ID, the products you expect to order and roughly what volume, and we will come back with terms. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at that stage.

You do not need an account to order. It is worth having once you are ordering monthly, need invoicing rather than card payment, or need a full tax invoice on every job.

Do you offer white-label drop shipping?

Yes — blind shipping straight to your customer, in plain unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside or inside identifying heyprint. No invoice, no compliment slip, no branded tape.

Your details go on the paperwork instead where the courier requires a sender, and you can supply your own packing slip to be enclosed. Tell us the shipping address at order time and it goes out the same way as any other job, on the same 3-day production.

Do you offer private label sample packs for resellers?

Yes. We assemble sample kits with your own printed pieces and your own branding, so an agency or reseller can show materials and finishes as their range rather than ours.

These are quoted per kit — contents, quantity and packaging are all yours to specify. Send a Label Pro what you want in it and we will price it.

Can you hold artwork and reprint the same label on demand?

Yes. Approved artwork stays on your account and reprints from the same file at the same specification, so a repeat run does not need re-uploading, re-proofing or re-checking. Reorder from your order history and it goes straight into production.

That is the point of an account for a business: the second order and the twentieth are one click, not a fresh conversation.

Do you issue full tax invoices?

Yes, on request. Tax invoices are not generated automatically from checkout — reply to your order confirmation email, or message LINE @heyprint, with the order number plus your company name, address and tax ID, and we issue it. The same route corrects a detail on one already issued.

Can you match colour across repeat orders?

We print from the same approved file on the same material and press, so repeat runs are close — but CMYK is not a spot-colour system and we do not guarantee an exact match between batches. Material and laminate affect it more than the printing does.

If a brand colour has to hold across many runs, keep every reorder on the same material and finish, and keep a printed reference from the first batch. Talk to a Label Pro if the tolerance is tight — that is a conversation worth having before the first order, not after the third.
