Start with where it’s going.

Wet, sunny, handled every day, or peeled off next month? Where your sticker ends up matters more than anything else when you choose a material.

Getting wet: vinyl, clear, clear removable, holographic and metallic silver are all waterproof film.
Outdoors or on machinery: heavy duty holds up in sun and heat for years.
Dry, or written on by hand: smooth paper or natural plain paper.
Coming off later: removable and clear removable peel off without residue. Removable is paper, so keep it dry.
Stand out or blend in: holographic for bold, clear for subtle.

Choosing a sticker material

What to know before you pick a material for your stickers or labels.

Which sticker materials are waterproof?

Vinyl, heavy duty, clear, clear removable, holographic and metallic silver are all film, so they’re waterproof. Smooth paper, natural plain paper and removable are paper, so keep them for dry places like boxes and bags.

Heavy duty also holds up outdoors, in sun and heat, for years.

Which material should I choose?

Start with where the sticker goes. If it gets wet, choose a film: vinyl for most products, or clear if you want the packaging to show through. Outdoors or on tools and machinery, choose heavy duty. For dry places, smooth paper keeps the cost down, and natural plain paper can be written on by hand. If it has to come off later, choose removable for dry places, or clear removable, which is waterproof film.

What finishes can I choose?

Gloss laminate, matte laminate or no laminate, depending on the material. You choose it on each material’s page, and the price updates as you choose.

We also do spot UV, foil stamping and materials that aren’t listed here, including FSC-certified paper. These can’t be ordered online yet, so message us on LINE @heyprint for a quote.

Can I order samples of your materials?

Yes. The Sample Pack puts a set of our materials in your hands for ฿59, shipping included. Want to see your own design first? Try 10 First prints 10 stickers with your artwork for ฿149, shipping included.

What’s the minimum order?

There’s no minimum quantity, but the minimum order value is ฿250, and shipping is free.

How many stickers you get for that depends on the size and material. Shape and the number of colours in your design don’t change the price. Each material’s page shows the price for every quantity before you order.

What’s the shelf life of your labels and stickers?

Stored in cool, dry conditions, our labels and stickers have a shelf life of 18 to 36 months.
