What does it cost to start?
heyprint’s minimum order is ฿250, with free shipping inside Thailand — there is no minimum piece count, so ฿250 buys a few hundred small labels or a few dozen large ones depending on size and material.

How fast will I get it?
Standard production is 3 business days from artwork approval, plus 1 to 2 days in transit depending on where in Thailand you are. Shipping inside Thailand is free on every custom order and you get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves us.

Will my artwork print properly?
Every file is checked by a human before it goes on press — resolution, colour mode, cut line and bleed — and we email you if something will not print the way you expect. That check happens on every order, including a ฿149 Try 10 First.
For the best result, send a CMYK PDF with text converted to outlines, raster images at 300 DPI, and 1.5 mm of bleed past the cut line. Full detail is in design & file prep.
What if the print is wrong?
If the fault is ours we reprint, refund or credit it. Send your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery, on LINE @heyprint or through the contact form, and we will sort it out. Because everything is made to your artwork we cannot take returns for a change of mind, the wrong size ordered, or a mistake in the supplied design, so it is worth checking the digital proof carefully before you approve it.
