How do I place an order?
Five steps, all online: pick a product, choose material and finish, set size and quantity, upload your artwork, and check out. The price updates as you go, so you see every tier before you commit rather than messaging us for a quote.
After checkout a person checks your file and, where the job needs it, sends a proof for approval. Production starts once that is approved — 3 business days, then 1 to 2 days in transit.
What happens after I place my order?
Four things, in order: a person checks your artwork, a proof goes out if the job needs one, production runs for 3 business days from approval, and the courier takes 1 to 2 days depending on where you are. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
If anything in your file needs attention we email you before production rather than after, so a file problem delays the order rather than ruining it.
What is the minimum order for custom labels and stickers?
฿250, with free shipping inside Thailand. There is no minimum piece count — the number of stickers ฿250 buys depends on size and material, not on shape or how many colours you use.
Want fewer than that? Try 10 First prints 10 stickers from your own artwork for ฿149 with free shipping. It is the one exception to the ฿250 floor, and the cheapest way to see your design printed before ordering properly.
Can I include multiple designs under one product selection?
One design per item in the cart — if you have three designs, add three items and they ship together in one delivery, with free shipping applying to the order, not per item.
If you want several designs in one physical piece, that is a different product: sticker sheets put multiple designs on one sheet, and endless pattern labels make every piece a different variation of one design.
Can I request a physical proof before full production?
Two kinds of proof, and most orders only need the first. A digital proof is a PDF showing exactly what will print, including the cut line — free, and sent before production on any job that needs it.

Can I save my cart or design for later?
Yes, with an account. Saved carts, quotes and uploaded artwork stay on the account, so a design you approved once does not have to be re-uploaded or re-checked.
Can I reorder past designs?
Yes. Reorder any past job from your order history and it prints from the same approved file, on the same material, at the same size — nothing to re-upload and nothing to re-approve.
Reordering a different quantity of the same design is fine and prices at that quantity’s tier. Changing the artwork means a new file and a fresh check.
