What types of stickers and labels do you offer?
Seven products, all printed to your artwork: custom shape stickers, singles on sheet, labels on roll, sticker sheets, write-on labels, endless pattern labels and smart labels.
The first four are the everyday choices and price instantly in the configurator. Endless pattern labels and smart labels are quoted rather than added to a cart, because both are built per job.
What are the most common finishes available?
Gloss and matte laminate are the two standard finishes, and the configurator shows the price of each as you choose. Matte reduces glare and takes pen better; gloss deepens colour and resists scuffing. Most materials can also be left unlaminated where you want the bare material to show.
Spot UV and foil stamping are available for premium work as a quoted extra. Not sure? The sample pack has the same material in gloss, matte and unlaminated for ฿59, with free shipping.
Can I print transparent elements in my design?
Yes. On clear material, any area you leave empty in the artwork prints as nothing at all and shows the surface underneath, and a white underprint layer lets you make chosen areas fully opaque. That combination is what makes a no-label look on glass and PET possible.
Setup instructions are in design & file prep.
Can I order samples of your materials?
Two ways, depending on what you need to check. The sample pack is ฿59 with free shipping and puts every material and laminate in your hand, printed with our artwork — that is the one for judging feel, thickness, opacity and finish.
Try 10 First is ฿149 with free shipping and prints 10 stickers from your artwork on the material you are considering — that is the one for judging how your colours, your fine detail and your cut line come out.
What is the difference between kiss-cut and die-cut?
A kiss-cut is cut through the sticker but not through the backing, so the piece stays on a flat liner with the surrounding waste peeled away — easy to store, easy to peel, and what almost every product label uses. A die-cut goes all the way through, so each piece is separate and the backing is the same shape as the sticker.
In the configurator these are our 50% cut and 100% cut. Choose 50% for labels you will apply from a sheet or roll, 100% for individual stickers you hand out or sell.
Can I apply labels by hand or do I need a machine?
Both. Labels on roll are wound and spaced for automatic applicators and hand-held dispensers, and singles on sheet is kiss-cut with the waste removed so each label lifts off the liner with a fingernail.
If you are applying by machine, tell us the applicator model or the core size and winding direction you need, because those are set at production and cannot be changed afterwards.
Will your labels stick to curved or uneven surfaces?
Yes, on bottles, jars, tubes and curved packaging. What matters is the diameter and the material: a thinner, more flexible face stock conforms to a tight curve without the edges lifting, which is why vinyl is the usual recommendation, and a stronger adhesive holds it on low-energy plastics like PP and PE.
Very small diameters — lip balms, test tubes, thin vials — are the hard case. Send the container dimensions to a Label Pro and we will tell you whether it will hold.
Will the stickers peel off cleanly?
Only if you order a removable adhesive. Our standard adhesive is permanent and is meant to stay put — pulling it off will usually tear the label and leave residue behind.
Removable and clear removable are the ones built to lift off cleanly from glass, plastic and painted surfaces. Clean removal also gets harder the longer a label has been on and the hotter it has been, so for anything that must come off after months outdoors, say so before you order.
Are your stickers waterproof and UV-resistant?
Yes, on plastic materials. Vinyl is waterproof and survives fridges, condensation and hand washing. Heavy-duty adds weatherproofing and UV resistance for outdoor exposure, where an ordinary label will fade or lift within a season.
Paper materials are not waterproof, laminate or no laminate. If the label will get wet, choose a plastic face stock.
Do your labels resist oil or grease?
Laminated plastic labels resist oils and cleaning products, which is why they are the standard choice for cosmetics, skincare, sauces and anything handled with greasy fingers. Unlaminated paper will mark.
Do you have sustainable or eco-friendly materials?
Yes. We stock responsibly sourced paper face stock from managed forests, and compostable material is available on request rather than as a standing configurator option.
Two honest notes: a paper label on a plastic bottle does not make the bottle recyclable, and a laminated paper label is no longer compostable. If the environmental claim matters to your packaging, tell a Label Pro what claim you need to make and we will spec backwards from it.
Are your labels safe for food packaging?
Our materials are compliant for indirect food contact — the standard case for a label on the outside of a jar, bottle, pouch or box, where the adhesive and ink never touch the food. Direct-contact applications, where the label sits against the food itself, need a different specification: talk to a Label Pro before ordering.
Freezer-grade adhesive is available for cold storage, where a standard adhesive can let go as the surface chills. Say so when you order and we will spec it.
Do you offer tamper-proof or security labels?
Yes — tamper-evident and destructible labels, which break apart rather than peel, for seals, warranty voids and security applications. These are not in the configurator; they are quoted per job because the material and the cut are specified to the container.
Send a Label Pro the container and the quantity and we will come back with a price.
What’s the shelf life of your labels and stickers?
Stored somewhere cool and dry and still on the liner, our labels and stickers keep for 18 to 36 months before the adhesive begins to stiffen. Heat and direct sun shorten that considerably, so a box left in a vehicle or a warehouse roof space will not last as long.
That is shelf life before application. Once applied, how long it lasts depends on the material and the exposure — see waterproof and UV above.
