- “Services” means the custom printing and related services offered by Heyday Group Co., Ltd.
- “Products” means the printed items, including but not limited to stickers and labels, provided as part of the Services.
- “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or placing an order.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Thai laws. You must not:
- Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Upload or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Use automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to access or interact with our services without written permission.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the functionality of the site.
3. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or are suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent use.
4. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other approved payment gateways.
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates our content policy or for other reasonable grounds.
5. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of any design or content submitted to us.
- By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- You represent and warrant that the content does not infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
- You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from content you submit.
6. Production and Delivery
- Production time varies by product type and quantity.
- Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier.
7. Returns, Claims, and Refunds
- As products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or the error is our fault.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt via email to [info@heyprint.com], with photos and order details.
- If your claim is approved, we may offer a reprint, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect files or specifications provided by the customer.
8. Data Protection and PDPA Compliance
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
- Your personal data is used only for purposes of order processing, customer service, and service improvement.
- Legal grounds for processing include consent, contract necessity, and legitimate interest.
- You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data under the PDPA.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Heyday Group Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Errors in user-provided content or order details.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, labor strikes, governmental actions, or pandemics.
11. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. If the changes are material, we may notify you by email or a notice on the site. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
