Returns and refunds policy

Since all our products are custom made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once printing begins—unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

If there’s a problem with your stickers and it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right! Just email us your order number, and photos of the issue. We’ll either offer a reprint, refund, or store credit.

Please report any issues within a week of receiving your order. Refunds may require you to return the stickers or show proof of disposal. We don’t offer refunds for wrong sizes ordered, design mistakes, or changes of heart after printing, so double-check everything before placing your order!

How fast do you respond to customer support requests?

Our team responds within 1 hour during business hours, often much sooner.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

If you’re not satisfied with your order, just send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue. This helps us understand what went wrong and how we can make it right.
We’ll work with you to fix the problem and ensure you’re happy with your purchase!

What’s the best way to get help with a design issue?

Contact our support team or put comments in the remarks section in the editor after uploading your file.

Can I return my order if I just change my mind?

Since everything is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns due to change of mind. We encourage reviewing the digital proof carefully.
