Help with the basics

What’s the difference between stickers and labels?

Stickers are typically distributed individually as promotional items. Labels are typically applied to products and come in rolls or sheets for efficiency.

What materials do you offer?

We offer a wide range of materials including vinyl, holographic, clear, smooth paper, natural uncoated paper, metallic finishes, and removable adhesives.

If you’re looking for something specific that’s not listed, feel free to contact us — we have additional specialty materials available on request.

Can you match the color of my existing labels?

We do our best to achieve consistent and accurate colors, but exact color matching isn’t guaranteed. Variations can occur due to differences in printing processes, materials, finishes, and lighting conditions. If color accuracy is critical, we recommend ordering a sample first to review before placing a full order.

Can you print white ink on transparent stickers?

Yes, we can print white ink! For detailed instructions on how to set this up, check our Customization & Design support section.

Can I write on your stickers with pen or marker?

Yes! Our natural plain paper labels can be easily written on with pens or pencils. For glossy or laminated finishes, we recommend using a permanent marker to ensure the ink adheres properly and doesn’t smudge.

Do you have matte stickers instead of glossy?

Yes! Our heavy-duty stickers are waterproof, weatherproof, and UV-resistant.

Can you print in RGB?

Nope! RGB is for screens, like your computer or phone.
We print using a 4-color CMYK process. For the best color accuracy, make sure your artwork is set to CMYK from the start!

What is the difference between RGB and CMYK?

RGB is used for digital displays like screens, where colors are created by adding light.
CMYK is used for printing, where colors are created by subtracting light from white paper using ink.
