What to know before you order heavy duty labels and stickers.
Both are waterproof film, so neither goes soft or tears easily when wet. Heavy duty is the more durable and flexible of the two, and it holds up better in sun and heat. Choose it for anything outdoors, or for machinery and equipment that gets handled every day.
Vinyl suits everyday product labels that stay indoors, and paper is the cheapest option for dry places like boxes and bags. Choose Heavy Duty, Vinyl or Metallic Silver under Material at the top of this page.
About 5 years outdoors before the colour fades enough to matter, and longer indoors or anywhere out of direct sun. For the best hold, stick them on a clean, dry surface and press the whole label down.
They handle heat up to about 70°C. If your labels will run hotter than that, or come into contact with chemicals, tell a Label Pro, our label specialists, on LINE @heyprint before you order, and we’ll check whether our materials suit the job.

There’s no minimum quantity, but the minimum order value is ฿250, and shipping is free. How many labels you get for ฿250 depends on the size and material. Shape and the number of colours in your design don’t change the price.
Send your own design file. Vector files print sharpest, but a high-resolution image works too. We check every file before printing, and if yours has no cutline, we add one. For special requests, leave a note when you order.
We don’t design artwork from scratch, so you’ll need your own design. No file yet? You can order and pay first, then send it to us on LINE @heyprint.
We make them in 3 business days, counted from when you approve your proof, and shipping takes another 1 to 2 days depending on where you are. Working to a deadline? Message us on LINE @heyprint before you order and we’ll check whether we can make it.

Paper labels don’t last on machinery. Washed down, left in the damp or handled every day, the edges go soft and the print smudges until you can’t read it. Heavy duty labels are printed on waterproof PVC film and laminated, so they resist scratches, oil, UV and moisture, and last about 5 years outdoors.
Many shops sell durable labels by the sheet or the square metre, and you have to message them for a price. Here you enter your size and quantity, and every price tier shows before you order, whether you need 30 labels for one control panel or a few thousand for a whole production line.
