HERE’S WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ORDER MOST
What cosmetic and skincare orders usually look like
Popular sizes
- Cream and balm jar lids: 3×3 cm circle, or 4×4 cm circle
- Serum and dropper bottles: 6×4 cm rectangle, or 5×5 cm circle
- Wrap-around bottle labels: 7.5×5 cm, or 10×10 cm for larger jars
Top choices
- Labels on Roll: one design on a roll, for repeat runs and quick application by hand.
- Singles on Sheet: one design per order, many labels to a sheet. Best for small and trial batches.
Three materials most beauty orders use
Waterproof film. Holds up to wet hands, bathroom damp and condensation in a skincare fridge, and wipes clean without lifting.
Best for: Serum bottles, cream jars, shampoo and body wash, and anything that gets wet, handled or packed in a wash bag.
Transparent waterproof film. The label disappears into the bottle, so a minimal mark reads as printed on the glass.
Best for: Toners, mists and essential oils. If your artwork is white or pale, ask for white ink underneath or it will print faint.
A shiny, slightly reflective silver film, not a mirror chrome. Your full-colour design prints on top, so silver shows wherever you leave it clear.
Best for: Perfume, lip balm and night cream. Hot foil stamping is a different thing and we quote it per job.
Small containers, curved glass, and pale artwork
Most skincare labels are small, and small is where artwork fails. We print down to 20 mm, but a 5 pt typeface and a hairline rule do not survive at that size on any press. Send vector art where you can, keep the smallest type above 6 pt, and a person will check the file and tell you before it prints rather than after.
Curved glass is about diameter, not about the label. A thin, flexible film follows a dropper bottle or a 30 ml jar without the corners lifting, which is why we usually suggest vinyl or clear here rather than paper. On narrow bottles a wrap-around with a small overlap holds better than a label that stops short of meeting itself.
Pale artwork on clear film is the one thing that surprises people. Clear is transparent, so white and pale colours print faint on it unless we lay white ink underneath first. That costs nothing extra, but it is not automatic: ask for it when you order or mark it in the file, and the white will print solid.
If you are choosing between finishes, order the Sample Pack. It is ฿59 with free shipping and puts every material and both laminates in your hands, which settles the gloss-versus-matte argument faster than a screen ever will.

Answers to important questions
What to know before you order cosmetic and skincare labels.
20 mm on the shortest side, which covers a lip balm, a 5 ml sample and most dropper necks. The limit is really your artwork: keep the smallest type above 6 pt and hairline rules out, and it will hold.
Only if we print white ink underneath, which is free. It is not automatic, so ask for it when you order or mark it in the file. Without it, white and pale colours print faint on clear film.
Yes, on vinyl or clear. Both are waterproof film and hold through damp, wet hands and condensation in a chiller. Paper materials are not for damp rooms.
No. Metallic silver is a shiny, slightly reflective silver film, and your full-colour design prints on top of it, so the silver shows wherever the artwork leaves it clear. Hot foil stamping is a different process, priced per job. Message us on LINE @heyprint for a quote.
Gloss deepens colour and resists scuffing; matte cuts glare and feels softer. Laminate changes the price, so you will see the figure move as you choose. The ฿59 Sample Pack has the same material in both if you want to compare by hand.
฿250, with free shipping inside Thailand. There is no minimum piece count, so how many labels ฿250 buys depends on the size and material you choose, not on the shape. The price ladder is on screen before you order.
Three business days in production from the moment you approve the proof, then one to two days in transit. Most orders inside Thailand arrive four to five business days after approval.
