What campaign and event orders usually look like
Popular sizes
- Giveaway and swag stickers: 5×5 cm circle, or 7.5×5 cm rectangle
- Offer and price stickers: 3×3 cm circle, or 4×4 cm rounded corner
- Box and bag seals: 6×4 cm rectangle, or 10×10 cm for a full face
Top choices
- Stickers: cut to the outline of your design, one design per order. Best for swag and giveaways.
- Singles on Sheet: one design per order, many labels to a sheet. Best for offer and price stickers.
- Sticker Sheet: several designs on one sheet. A separate product, and the right one for a mixed set.
Three materials most campaign orders use
Waterproof film. Colour prints bright on it and the surface wipes clean, which is what most indoor swag and packaging needs.
Best for: Branded swag, laptop and bottle giveaways, box seals. For anything left outdoors, choose heavy duty instead.
Coated paper, and the cheapest of the nine. Colour prints sharp on it, which is what makes it the usual choice for a big short-run giveaway.
Best for: Indoor promotions, packaging inserts, offer stickers on boxes. Not waterproof, so keep it out of the rain.
Uncoated woodfree paper. Matte, and you can write on it with a normal pen, so a price or a date can go on by hand.
Best for: Hand-marked price and discount stickers, kraft-style packaging, and anything you want to look unbranded.
Printing to a date, and to a quantity you are not sure of
Work backwards from the date. Production is three business days from the moment you approve the proof, and delivery inside Thailand is one to two days after that. A file uploaded on Monday and approved the same day is usually in your hands by the end of the week. The part people underestimate is the approval, not the printing.
If the quantity is uncertain, the ladder is on screen before you commit. Every tier is priced as you change the number, so you can see what a 200-piece run costs against a 2,000-piece run and decide with the figures in front of you rather than messaging for a quote and waiting.
Stickers and labels are not the same order here. Choose Stickers and we cut to the outline of your design, which is what a giveaway or a laptop sticker wants. Choose Singles on Sheet or Labels on Roll and you get labels on a backing, which is what a box seal or an offer sticker wants. Both are on this page.
For a mixed set, use Sticker Sheet instead. Several different designs printed on one sheet is a separate product with its own page. If your campaign needs six designs rather than one, start there.

What to know before you order promotional and event stickers.
Three business days in production from the moment you approve the proof, then one to two days in transit. Most orders inside Thailand arrive four to five business days after approval. The proof step is the one to move quickly on.
Stickers, if you want each piece cut to the outline of your design. Labels, on a sheet or a roll, if it goes on a box, a bag or a price tag. Both are on this page and the price updates as you switch.
Not from this page: this one prints one design per order. Several designs on one sheet is our Sticker Sheet product, which has its own page and its own price ladder.
Vinyl is waterproof and copes with a damp day under cover. For a stall in full sun, or anything left outside for weeks, choose heavy duty, which is the material made for sun and heat. Paper materials are not for outdoors at all.
Yes, on natural plain paper. It is uncoated and takes a normal pen, which is what makes it the usual choice for hand-marked discount stickers. Film materials do not take pen.
Yes. Small circles on paper or vinyl, typically 3×3 or 4×4 cm, one design per order. If you want several designs across the set, use Sticker Sheet instead.
