What supplement and wellness orders usually look like
Popular sizes
- Vitamin and capsule bottles: 6×4 cm rectangle, or 3×3 cm circle
- Protein and powder tubs: 10×10 cm, or 12×8 cm for a full wrap
- Oil and tincture droppers: 4×4 cm rounded corner, or 5×5 cm circle

- Labels on Roll: one design on a roll, for repeat production runs and machine application.
- Singles on Sheet: one design per order, many labels to a sheet. Best for first runs and small batches.
Three materials most supplement orders use
Waterproof film. Colour stays bright, the surface wipes clean, and it holds through damp, oily hands and a chiller.
Best for: Vitamin bottles, supplement jars, herbal teas, and anything kept in a kitchen, a bathroom or a gym bag.
Transparent waterproof film. On a glass tincture bottle or a clear tub the label reads as printed on the container itself.
Best for: Essential oil bottles, herbal blends and tea tubes. Ask for white ink under any white or pale artwork.
The toughest of the nine, and the only one made for sun, heat and outdoor exposure. It takes gloss or matte laminate, never bare.
Best for: Gym and studio equipment, cold-chain crates, delivery totes, and anything that goes on a vehicle or lives outside.
Fitting a supplement panel onto the bottle it goes on
The constraint on a supplement label is almost always the small print, not the adhesive. Ingredients, serving size, warnings and a batch code have to fit and stay legible. Keep body type above 6 pt, send vector art where you can, and a person checks the file before the run, so you find out about a line that will close up before you pay for five thousand of them.
A wrap-around buys you the room a front label does not have. On a 60 ml dropper or a narrow tub, a label that wraps with a small overlap gives you a back panel rather than forcing everything onto one face. 7.5×5 cm and 12×8 cm are the two presets people reach for; anything else is Custom, from 20 mm up to 300 mm.
Batch and expiry codes are a separate job. If every piece needs its own number, that is variable-data printing and it is quoted per job rather than ordered here. Send the code list as an Excel or CSV file and we do the rest.
We print what you supply; we do not advise on compliance. Thai rules on supplement and health product labelling set out what has to appear on the pack. That is your call or your consultant’s. What we do is make sure it prints cleanly and send you a proof before the run.

We print down to 20 mm on the shortest side, but legibility is the real limit. Keep body type above 6 pt and avoid hairline rules. A person checks your file and tells you if something will close up on press.
Vinyl for almost everything: it is waterproof, wipes clean, and holds through damp and oily hands. Clear if you want the container to show through. Heavy duty only if the label goes on equipment, a crate or anything left outdoors.
That is variable-data printing and it is a separate, quoted job rather than something you order from this page. Send your code list as an Excel or CSV file and we generate the codes and quote the run.
Yes, on vinyl or clear. Both are waterproof film and hold through condensation, damp and handling. Paper materials are not for damp or cold.
No. We print the artwork you supply. Thai rules on what must appear on a health or supplement pack are your call or your consultant’s. We check the file prints cleanly and send a proof before the run.
